Ingredients
  • ½ lb Noodles (Cooked)
  • 2 cans Tuna
  • 1 lb Mixed Veggies (Frozen)
  • Sauce (Roux)
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 2 Tbl Chicken Flavored Veggie Boullion (In 1 cup Water)
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Medium Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • Crust
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Crushed Corn Flakes
Instructions
  1. Saute onion in olive oil. Add flour and mix well until is like paste. Then add the bouillon and milk and stir until thick. Add pepper, basil, and cheese.
  2. Combine noodles, tuna, and mixed veggies in a casserole dish. Stir sauce into noodles mixture. Top with corn flake crumbs and salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
