Ingredients
- ½ lb Noodles (Cooked)
- 2 cans Tuna
- 1 lb Mixed Veggies (Frozen)
- Sauce (Roux)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Tbl Chicken Flavored Veggie Boullion (In 1 cup Water)
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Basil
- 2 cup Milk
- 2 cup Medium Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
- Crust
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Crushed Corn Flakes
Instructions
- Saute onion in olive oil. Add flour and mix well until is like paste. Then add the bouillon and milk and stir until thick. Add pepper, basil, and cheese.
- Combine noodles, tuna, and mixed veggies in a casserole dish. Stir sauce into noodles mixture. Top with corn flake crumbs and salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
