Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Topping
- ⅓ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Chopped Nuts
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, and salt; adding ½ cup of flour if at high altitude. Mix sour cream and vanilla together. Alternate adding dry ingredients ad sour cream mixture to creamed mixture.
- Spread1/2 batter in greased 9x9 pan. Cover with topping. Cover with rest of batter and another layer of topping.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Test for doneness as it often needs more time.
