Ingredients
- Crust
- 2 cup Flour (sifted)
- 1 cup Butter
- 6 Tblsp. Powdered Sugar
- Filling
- 4 Eggs (beaten)
- 2 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1½ cup Chopped Nuts
- 1 cup Coconut (Shredded)
- 1 cup Dates
Instructions
- Mix crust mixture until it resembles small crumbs. Pat into 9x13 pan and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
- While crust is baking, mix the filling ingredients, folding in the nuts last. Pour onto crust when it's done baking. Return to oven for 25 minutes.
