Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
- ½ C. Margarine/Butter
- ½ C. Oil
- 1¾ C. Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- ½ C. Buttermilk
- 2 C. Zucchini Diced
- ¼ C. Chocolate Chips
- 2½ C. Flour (Unsifted)
- 4 T. Cocoa
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Cloves
- ½ C. Walnuts (Optional)
Instructions
- Cream butter, oil, and sugar. Add eggs and buttermilk. Mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients. Beat well with other mixture.
- Stir in zucchini.
- Grease and flour 9x12x2 inch loaf pan. Pour in batter. Sprinkle top of dough with chocolate chips.
- Bake 40-45 minutes at 325 degrees.
