Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cup Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Nutmeg (Ground)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla or Almond Extract
- 1 cup Bananas (Mashed)
- ½ cup Chopped Nuts
- Chocolate Chips (Optional)
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and extract. Sift dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients alternately with bananas to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chips.
- Pour into loaf pan(s). Bake at 375F for 45-60 minutes. (Can turn oven off after 45 minutes and leave in for an additional 15 minutes.
