Rolled Gingersnaps

Ingredients
- 3 cup Flour (Sifted)
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Butter
- ¼ cup Sweet Cream
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tblsp. Karo Syrup (Corn Syrup)
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Cloves (Ground)
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugars; add egg, cream, and syrup. Add spices and flour.
- Chill
- When firm, take a small amount at a time and roll very thin on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters.
- Bake at 350 for about 5 minutes. WATCH CLOSELY as they will burn easily.
