Ingredients
- 3 Egg Whites (Large)
- ¼ tsp Cream of Tartar
- pinch Salt
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ¾ cup Chocolat Chips (Optional)
Instructions
- Beat the egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips (Optional)
- Bake at 275F for 1 hour.
