30ish miles today. I decided to haul as far as I could today as the prediction is rain on the morrow. I made it all the way to Rockfish Gap despite the insanely harsh winds. The terrain wasn’t bad at all after the first major climb up at the begining. It was a long slog, but worth it.
I’m in the Inn at Afton waiting for my Uncle who is coming for me. I’m gonna spend a few days with him then hit the trail again. I’m looking forward to the next few days. Not much else to report.
