Caramel Corn

Ingredients
- 2 cup Brown Sugar (Light)
- ½ cup Light Corn Syrup
- ½ lb Butter
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- Dash of Salt
- Pinch of Cream of Tartar
- 8 quarts Popped Corn
Instructions
- Mix sugar, syrup, and butter in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil and cook 5 min. Remove from heat, add baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Pour over popped corn immediately.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 200F for 1 hour.
