Ingredients
- 10+ lbs Potatoes
- 3-4 Onions
- 9+ Eggs
- ½+ cup Flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- Oil
Instructions
- Grate potatoes and onions. In separate bowl beat eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix into potatoes and onions. Add some oil to mixture, not a whole lot though.
- Fry in skillet or on griddle like pancakes until cooked through.
