Matzah Balls

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs (Jumbo)
- 4 Tbl Vegetable Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Matzah Meal
- 4 Tbl Water (Warm)
Instructions
- Blend eggs, oil, and salt; add matzah meal and water. Let it set overnight.
- Form into 1" balls and boil in lightly salted water (or bouillon) for 1 hour. Add to soup.
