Ingredients
- 2 cup Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1½ tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Tblsp. Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg (Slightly Beaten)
- Juice of 1 Orange
- Grated Orange Rind
- Boiling Water
- 1 cup Cranberries (Whole)
- ½ cup Chopped Nuts
Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients together. Place juice of orange in measuring cup, add boiling water to make ¾ cup. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and orange mixture. Fold into dry ingredients. Add cranberries and nuts.
- Place in well greased loaf pan and bake at 325F for 1 hour.
