Ingredients
- 5 cup Warm Water
- ⅓ cup Honey
- ⅓ cup Black Strap Molasses
- 2 Tbl Yeast
- 1½ tsp Salt
- ⅔ cup Oil
- 12 cup Whole Wheat Flour
Instructions
- Add yeast to warm water. Let set for several minutes (10ish).
- Mix rest of ingredients together. Make well in rest. Add yeast mixture to well and mix well. Knead for 10-12 minutes. Let rise until doubled.
- Divide into 3 or 4 even sections and place each section in a well greased bread pan. Place in warm oven for about 25 minutes.
- Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
