Ingredients
- 9 Eggs (Separated)
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Matzo Cake Meal
- ½ cup Potato Starch
- Juice & Rind of 1 Lemon
- Juice & Rind of 1 Orange
Instructions
- Beat yolks until light yellow. Add sugar and beat well. Sift flour and starch together. Add to egg mixture alternately with juices. Add rinds.
- Beat egg whites until stiff a carefully fold in.
- Bake in tube pan at 325F for 1 hour and at 350F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and invert and let cool completely before removing.
