Pumpkin Gingerbread

Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 4 Eggs
- ⅔ cup Water
- 1 15oz Can Pumpkin
- 2 tsp Ginger (Ground)
- 1 tsp Allspice (Ground)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cloves
- 3½ cup Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Add water and blend well. Stir in pumpkin.
- Sift flour and spices together and add to pumpkin mixture.
- Pour evenly into two greased loaf pans (9x5). Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
